Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any Tepilora service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Tepilora S.R.L. reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Tepilora provides financial analytics tools accessible via REST API, Python SDK, MCP protocol, and the MarketOcean web dashboard. Services include portfolio analytics, risk metrics, performance measurement, and AI-powered market intelligence.

Subscription plans: Explorer (€9/month), Professional (€49/month), Business (€99/month), Enterprise (€299/month). Each plan includes a defined number of API calls per month.

Tepilora’s analytics are built upon publicly available financial data from exchanges, regulators, and market sources, enhanced with Tepilora’s proprietary models and methodologies.

Your subscription provides access to Tepilora’s analytics engine, algorithms, quantitative models, and computational infrastructure.

Tepilora accepts no responsibility for investment decisions made based on the analytics or information provided through the platform.

All content, analytics, and services are provided “as is” (AS IS), “as available” (AS AVAILABLE), and “with all faults” (WITH ALL FAULTS). Tepilora expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and non-infringement of third-party rights.

The services provided by Tepilora are for informational and analytical purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or endorsement of any security or strategy.

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Each plan includes a set number of API calls. Additional credits can be purchased as top-ups (€5, €10, €20, €50, €100).

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Unused API calls do not roll over.

You agree not to: abuse API rate limits, reverse-engineer the platform, share API keys with unauthorized parties, use automated scraping beyond your plan’s API limits, or attempt to circumvent security measures.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

All analytics algorithms, platform code, documentation, and branding are the exclusive property of Tepilora S.R.L. Users retain full ownership of their portfolio data and analysis results generated through the platform.

Tepilora is not a broker, dealer, financial advisor, or fiduciary. Nothing in the Services constitutes investment advice.

Tepilora shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Services, including but not limited to investment losses, trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data.

The user assumes full responsibility for their own investment decisions. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
